Ace 8664 was created to offer clients a truly professional service
and which developed an ongoing relationship with our clients so that I could grow the Bulgaria real estate business organically and via acquisition.
The Ace 8664 philosophy from those exciting and sometimes traumatic times, remains unwavering and the fact that the founders and all our subsequent employees have remained faithfull to this ideology has resulted in Ace 8664 having grown beyond all expectations.
In 2000 I changed the company name to Ace 8664 as we had already recognised the need for taking the company beyond the borders of Bulgaria in order to satisfy the ever increasing demands from overseas property buyers and investors.
In the subsequent 6 years that have followed, we have remained committed to finding the best developments within Bulgaria in order to provide our clients with the ultimate choice in investment, lifestyle or holiday home ownership, culminating in the recent opening of a new region in the ski resort of Bansko Bulgaria and the beautiful Black Sea coast.
Ace 8664 was asked recently, if we could travel back in time and do things differently or choose a totally different approach in life, what would we do? Our answer was without hesitation. Ace 8664 would do nothing differently, owing to the fact that our success has been built on solid professional ethics that always places the customer first. We have continued to invest constantly to ensure that our business meets the demands of the market and its customers.
